Nullaki Single Malt Pinot Cask Strength Edition – 56%ABV:

A must have for the collection – our first release of a cask strength 56% ABV Pinot Cask as the Distillery team get to enjoy it from the cask at maturity.

Complex esters on the nose from a unique fermentation profile for the still wash – layers of bold malt and rich french oak, caramels & brown sugar, and just a hint of cranberry.  On the palate – our signature Pinot Cask with subtle red fruit character, stone fruit and a delicate pepper lead to a long finish that coats the mouth.  Add a couple drops of water and leave it to open – perfect on a winters evening.
