Cooled by the prevailing winds of the Southern Ocean and set high in the Denmark hinterland, the Nullaki Distillery cellar door benefits from one of the best views in the Great Southern, with expanses clear over Wilson Inlet and the Nullaki peninsula to the Southern Ocean.

Our boutique cellar door is open to the public. Standard opening hours are:

Wednesdays 11am – 5pm

Thursdays 11am – 5pm

Fridays 11am – 6pm

Saturdays 11am – 6pm

Sundays 11am – 5pm

No bookings required. Public Holidays may change these hours.

Our cellar door offers a unique experience to people visiting Denmark, the Great Southern, and surrounds. Sit and enjoy a whisky tasting flight or a single dram of our delicious single malt whilst overlooking one of the best views on the south coast of Western Australia. View our beautiful copper still, handcrafted in Tasmania. If you time your visit right, you can also view our distillers hard at work creating our next premium barrel. We look forward to welcoming you and your friends!

Treat yourself with a tasting flight combined with local hand-crafted chocolates, each one a delectable treat which has been chosen specially to pair with our whiskies.
