We are delighted to finally be offering the first expression of our single malt. Our first release Pinot was originally distilled in mid 2022 and placed in a barrique which has held premium Pinot Noir wine from our friends at Picardy in Pemberton.
A unique Western Australian whisky, we are delighted at how well rounded and smooth it finishes. Whilst there is no doubt around its provenance given its aging in a red wine barrel and the elegant red fruit flavour it imparts, it still packs a malty punch.
Once described by someone who may have tried too much of it as a ‘summer whisky’, its slightly drier finish makes for enjoyable savouring.
