Pinot Cask Matured
Aged in Pinot Noir casks from Picardy Wines in Pemberton. Floral and perfumed on the nose, with crisp red fruit on the palate. Light, elegant and quietly complex.
Tawny Cask Matured
Aged in Tawny casks from the Swan Valley. Black cherry and stewed plum aromatics, with caramelised orange peel and fig on the palate. Rich and rounded, with a long finish that coats the palate.
Both are crafted the way we craft everything at Nullaki: barley from the Great Southern, water from our on site spring on Mt. Shadforth, Denmark, and time. Nothing rushed, nothing hurried.
